To combat this, BUY YOUR SIDE, a new property resource and podcast, has launched to help home buyers and investors feel supported and armed with the knowledge to make the right decisions.
Buying a home is a big ticket asset in life where there is no room for mistakes. BUY YOUR SIDE is your ‘pocket tour guide’ providing in-depth knowledge and practical advice to research, find and negotiate the right home for all types of buyers across the country. The resource aims to equalise the balance and understand the weight of the decisions when buying a home.
BUY YOUR SIDE will also be a Facebook community where people can interact, get some guidance and hear first hand experiences of buying a home.
The podcast is hosted by Michelle May, Principle of Michelle May Buyers Agents, Sydney's leading and most highly sought after buyers’ agents with 24 years of experience. She was also the co-host of the successful property podcast, Sydney Property Insider. Michelle is on a mission to educate people in Sydney on how to make better and more informed decisions when it comes to property.
Her process is to uncover 100% of the market in a transparent way. This includes looking at all the stock ‘off-market’. She helps clients see the market through her lens. She is always one step ahead and able to identify a trend before it happens so her clients can leverage it. She takes on board her clients personal story, attributes and needs to provide a holistic look at the property market, tailored to them. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Michelle wholeheartedly believes that she buys better properties for clients, for a better price. She saves people the stress, time, money and ultimately makes property buying fun.
